Yoga & Qigong

A mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga is practiced, as well as elements from silent and active Qi Gong.
The classes are each designed around a theme such as flexible back, strong legs and vary in intensity.
We are happy to accommodate your wishes!
Through variations of individual asnaas, the lessons are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
Please bring your own mat and blanket.
