Fitball

Walking is healthy and clears your head... Unfortunately, that's not enough for good fitness. Together we'll tackle it: our goal is strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. People who are fit feel better, are in a good mood, can concentrate better, and have no trouble "cutting a good figure." Gentle yet effective exercises for anyone who wants to get back into shape or gently improve their fitness. Strength, endurance, flexibility, and concentration are trained. The fitball provides momentum, supports, and relieves pressure at the same time.


The course takes place in the Vettelschoß gymnastics hall.
