Nordic Walking

The underrated full-body workout. When done correctly, Nordic walking isn't just walking with poles, but cross-country skiing without skis. Nordic walking activates the entire body – even more so than jogging.

Crucial for this, however, is the correct use of the arms, the driving force of the movement. The arms are alternately moved forward. It's important to keep the arms long: The elbows must be clearly positioned in front of and behind the torso, and this is what you need to train.

Nordic walking is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It's an ideal alternative for people who spend a lot of time sitting or cycling.

The meeting point is the parking lot at the Vettelschoß sports hall.
