Gymnastics II

Stay fit and healthy!

True to this motto, our group tackles age-related muscle loss and the resulting weakening of connective tissue! Here, we demonstrate how to slow down the biological clock and maintain an attractive, healthy body through targeted exercises. After a 10-minute warm-up, we begin intensive problem-zone training for the stomach, legs, and buttocks. These strengthening exercises, which are gentle on the joints yet effective, not only tone the thighs and buttocks but also strengthen the supporting and postural muscles in the back and abdomen. Other motor skills such as endurance, flexibility, and coordination are also addressed. In addition to the constantly changing exercises and lively music, various aids such as Thera-Bands, tubes, dumbbells, and body rings ensure variety. Gymnastic strengthening exercises on the floor mat are also an integral part of every class. The subsequent stretching program provides the necessary loosening, relaxation, and mobility.

Everyone who wants to do something for their health and well-being is welcome to join us.
