Jumping-Fitness

An effective power fitness program that's guaranteed to be fun!

The basis of jumping is a combination of:

- fast and slow jumps,

- Variations of traditional aerobic steps,

- dynamic sprints and

- Strength training elements

to powerful, catchy music.


The complexity of the exercises guarantees a strengthening of the entire body: jumping is three times more effective than jogging, more than 400 muscles are constantly tensed and relaxed - that's far more than in any other endurance sport!


Not recommended during pregnancy!

The course takes place in the Vettelschoß gymnastics hall.
